The canvas is made of 2 half’s hand sown together by the artist which rather adds to its appeal .

Presented in perfect condition.

Provenance:
This has been in the private collection of the artists family since her death . This rather special piece was Cat. No. 21 in the 1964 Arts council exhibition of 6 young artists - see the catalogue on the artist page . This work was not sold at the time but gifted to the artists mother and has a hand written label to that effect verso. The Cat. No. Is also to be found on the stretcher.
